Once your application is processed before approval, you will see your name listed on the website of MARA in applicants section.

 

Once MARA finally approves your application, the MARA office will send you an email with news and your registration details will be published on their official site. It means, you have officially become a registered migration agent. Then you will get a certificate of registration within 2 weeks along with a copy of code of conduct.

 

Even in case your application is rejected, you will still get notified by MARA office in written. You can appeal to the AAT (Administrative Appeals Tribunal) within 28 days. To make the process smoother, you can get the forms from the website. If this appeal is refused, you may want to wait for around 1 year.
